Mastering Mixed Assembly

For Mixed Technology Boards and Mixed Technology Assembly, SMT assembly is performed first followed by Thru-Hole Assembly.

SMT (Surface Mount Technology) boards: An PCB Assembly staff member checks each part for size, value, and part number, then State of the art equipment visually inspects each component prior to placing it exactly where it belongs on the board. Final inspection after soldering insures a quality product, every time.

Thru-Hole boards: kitted first, to ensure all components are the proper size, value, and part number. Leads are formed to the correct length and lead spacing. Components are inserted into the circuit board. A final part count and inspections both before and after soldering are used to insure your boards are manufactured the way you designed them.

Our PCB Assembly Services include Surface Mount Board assembly, Thru-Hole Board assembly, and Mixed Technology (both Surface Mount and Thru-Hole on the same board) assembly. We can procure the parts for you or work from a supplied kit.

PCB Design

As a full-service electronics manufacturer, we specialize in high mix, low volume orders for Mixed PCB Assembly. Our custom printed circuit board assembly and construction services include combined construction that is rigid and flexible, double-sided boards, mixed technology of SMT and thru hole, SMOBC, and multilayer. Working with a variety of materials, such as fiberglass, FR-4, polyester, polyamide, and PTFE, allows us to offer our customers a solution that will be right for them. We are able to produce PCBs with two layers or multiple layers, and use a variety of assembly methods to complete each board. We also offer additional services such as component sourcing, layout, rework, and destructive testing.

Our experienced staff will guide your project from design through to the manufacturing process. We can produce prototypes, small runs, or large scale production runs and can incorporate PCB assembly into box builds. No job is too big or too small!
